Do you know LINE? LINE is a messenger app used by almost all Japanese. This time, I developed a bot to estimate bicycle theft using Python, LINE and Open data with bicycle theft data. I will talk about pre-processing of open data, Implementation of bicycle theft estimation function by Mahalanobis.
